We are a 9,000 sq. ft. artist village built as a home for Visual Art and Light (VAL).
Light shapes everything—it’s how we see, feel, and move through the world. At VAL, it reveals form, evokes emotion, and transforms how we experience both art and space.
Founded by luxury lighting designer Brian Bartley of Studio Sabal, VAL was created to bring artists and community together in one immersive, inspiring space. The venue hosts exclusive arts and cultural events, exhibitions, and gatherings that spark creativity, connection, and conversation.
At the heart of VAL is its contemporary gallery—a curated space showcasing emerging and established artists working in visual art, sculpture, mixed media, and light-based installations. The gallery is ever-evolving, with rotating exhibitions that highlight bold perspectives, boundary-pushing techniques, and the transformative power of visual storytelling.
Built on the belief that art is a transformative force, VAL celebrates light, form, and the vibrant energy of artistic expression across all mediums.
More than a gallery or event space, VAL is a creative ecosystem—designed for collaboration, discovery, and the shared experience of art in all its forms.
